Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you choose to reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee, however, the amount of the cancellation fee will be applied as a credit to your rescheduled appointment.
If you are 10+ minutes late to your appointment, please understand your appointment can be canceled by the Esthetician and you can be asked to reschedule and charged 50% of the service fee and a credit will be applied to your future appointment if you reschedule.
No-Shows will be charged 100% of total services booked.
